This app is really good and very simple- the best I have found. I wish that you made it for Android phones etc. Because I would recommend it to literally everyone. I use for positive mind reprogramming. I just record my own voice with whatever message I want for that night, then it plays on a loop for the whole night quietly in the background even with airplane mode on. It is This is the most simple, adjustable, amazing app and I use it every day. it plays in a loop while I’m using other apps too or while my phone is turned off. Great for subliminal messages to yourself while you sleep :) It h
