I love going to OTF but the new version of the app seems to have a lot of bugs. I tried searching their FAQ page for customer service but every article says we should contact our local studio. The new layout is very confusing. I’m a person who likes to book classes one month out. It’s difficult to go back and forth between book vs activity screens to know if I booked a particular class. I was going to the evening class on Tuesday and the activity page was showing my class for Wednesday.
