I’ve only recently joined OTF in late November. While I enjoy the OTF classes thoroughly, dealing with the app to schedule classes and even tracking the number of classes I have left is a total nightmare. In a span of two months, I’ve needed customer support on three (3) separate occasions because (a) the app wont let me schedule a class even though I still have classes left and (b) it won’t list the class packs that I purchased (I bought a pack of 6 “just in case” and the app keeps not listing them).
