so i made an account, for the first time, mind you. used my real name and bank account details, obviously, and authenticated everything: email, number, bank, even sent in a photo of my drivers license. they still permanently limited my account within the hour it was made AND wouldn’t tell me what policy i violated. customer support was useless. now i can’t even close my account and delete the information they have of me because of the account limitations. i have to send in an email. like what the hell? i understand blah blah security, but what did i even do wrong? this is a new account made by
