I’ve used this app for work for the last 9 years. I’d like to give it 5 stars but for the poor customer support. During the recent Notam problem, I sent 4 requests for some feedback/info concerning the extremely slow downloading of the SIA France Notams. There were occasions that I could not download the Notams at all, and had to resort to sourcing them on the internet. I can understand that there will be problems particularly with iOS updates, but I still expect at least an acknowledgement from customer support regarding my concerns. This never happened. At least the latest update solved
