This app is not ideal if you work out by yourself which many of you will. Yes, it will create your workout based on what you want to target. However, once you start working out, it’s not great for tracking workouts because you’ll be away from the phone which keeps the timer moving to the next workout. So let’s say you lose the ball from shoot and/or dribbling, you’ll have to chase it down and by that time 5 to 10 seconds already passed by. Also, you don’t know when the next workout is because you’re away from the phone. You’re better off not pressing “start” workout and doing it at your own pa
