The app couldn’t open for more than 1 months ago so I don’t know what the issue

There is a problem from along Time I can’t download any music’s or any videos and I make many complaints but no any answer even I subscribe the app but the problem still not solved yet .

It’s really the best transportation app in Budapest . Just I hope if there's a selection in Ordering time to tell the taxi that I have kid’s so he can know before coming to me then refuse . Regards
