i'll start by saying the tutors are pretty OK most of the time. But the customer service is awful and they purposely make the programming difficult so that they make as much money as possible by forcing you into subscriptions and prevent preventing you from refunds. I I tried working with them for several months and at first when technical difficulties arrised that caused me to miss my classes I let it slide but over the course of several months it kept happening and now I'm out of pocket. Do not try this program unless you want to be stuck in it endlessly.
