Customer service has been amazing. The accuracy of the tracker is perfect. I love how I have peace of mind, knowing that my dog is loose in the yard and I’m able to see her exact location and I’m immediately notified if she leaves the premise. It’s very accurate in my opinion. I forgot to say that she’s on walks and it immediately notified me and tracked us the entire walk incredibly accurately.
