I cannot log in to my account because your two-factor authentication form appears to be broken. 1 I enter the correct and password. 2 You ask if you should send a code to my phone number — I confirm, and the correct number is shown. 3 On the next screen, it says you are trying to send a code to my email, but it shows my phone number instead.
