What the title says. I have level 3 genius for priority support yet I still had to chase booking with calls for 4 hours (!!). Had no access to a bathroom the entire time, couldn’t book a different hotel for the night because it was right after midnight, spent hours on the phone with booking support only for them to call the hotel and not call me back. A convenient site but a terrible experience, if you book through them be aware you’re not gonna receive any support, at least not from the international staff.
