VA PROCEDURES. I think it is ridiculous to have we Veterans check in online and check-in again with the Clerk at your appointment . There should be a way to combine them and do only one or the other, but not both! If you check-in online more than likely you are probably already at your appointment check-in area or in the VA Hospital Building at the very least. Stop making the Veteran do double the work!
