App is unusable

Too few people use it because it's paid

No option to pick up the order yourself. Only delivery. I live in Pärnu, but outside of their delivery range.

Hidden fees, utterly unfair conversion rates. Tried to close an old account but the site tells be there is an issue that needs to be resolved but not specifies that issue. And there is no real customer support available, only bit that refers me to a bunch if articles. Am I supposed to spend my whole evening on reading those articles and trying to find out myself why I can't just close that account?
