Manual booking retrieval is annoying. I shouldn't have to search my email to retrieve my booking and the system keeps asking me for authorisation during the process. And if I were technologically illiterate, I wouldn't be using it to buy tickets and check in as it makes it confusing by making all these insurance offers.

Tried cards from two countries - didn't work.
