I don’t understand why would you effectively lower the amount of space for actual chat and text by making the non-chat UI: 1. Excessively wide - the channel/DMs list is incredibly wide, unnecessarily so. I have her seen any channels with names so long they would need this much horizontal space. In all Workspaces I’m in, about half or more of that part of UI is just empty space. 2. Adding the new, impossible to hide sidebar, to access things I have never, ever used despite using Slack for work for over 2 years. This also killed the ability to pull the list of Workspaces from the side of the app
