I have used Ticketmaster for a couple years now. I only decided to review because i am fed up with it constantly signing out my account on my phone and unable to update my phone number. While I understand the techs that are very helpful are however I was having issues with transferring tickets over my account to receive refund and waited before I could do it again when I finally did my timeline for refund was no longer available. Now I can take L for taking extra days before I would try again but the fact that there was no notification that I limited time to refund and I was trying to get tho
