If I could give less than one star I would. Probably one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with in any industry. Was rude and disrespectful when asking simple questions. “Hung up on me by placing me on hold, then when he came back said oh you’re still there. Wouldn’t give his name or I’d nor transfer me to someone else I could work with nor a supervisor. Literally went online and did his job by changing my flight myself.
