I was using Uber a lot but last few years I have worse and worse experiences… all of my tries to order Uber was: 1) drive accepted the drive, should come in 2-3 min but after 10-15 min still didn’t come and not pick up the call… 2) driver accepted the drive and after few min cancelled it… 3)the app showed me driver will be here in 5 min but at the end it was 10-15… now I received email to give them feedback why I’m not using Uber and when I click to “I have bad experience” it links me to their “Support”, so no feedback possible… I’m using Another app for order taxi and I’ve never had problems

If I need 3 rooms for 3 people, I got offer for one single room and one double room. This is not 3 rooms. It’s impossible to choose in filter accommodation without sleeping on the couch. If we are 4 adults, no one wants to sleep on a couch but we have to check all offers to find something without couch. Help & contact doesn’t help and thee is no contact, it’s just circle of questions which going always going back.
