The quality of the app is so bad, that I switched back to Apple Music just because of the app UX. There are lots of efficiency problems, the offline mode, as well as the online mode usually takes ages to load for the most random things. For example taking half a minute or a minute to load search results, or pull up the contact menu (or whatever the menu is called that lets you put a song in the queue). Resetting sync data doesn’t work.
