No automated cancelling when there is a faulty lock.
You have to call the customer service when you start the rent and the lock doesn’t open because you cannot return the bike by closing the lock which is already closed…
And the customer service recorded message takes forever before you can talk with someone which is annoying if you are in a hurry.
