I LOVED this game, and supported it in every way I could; topping the leaderboards and all I was extremely invested. About a year or more ago I spent 30 dollars, the money was taken but I didn’t receive the merchandise, I contacted support with screenshots of my bank account and in-game; they were very rude and hateful words me I waited 3 days to try and figure out how I could get what I paid for. After 3 days of getting no where with the 3 very rude support people I requested a refund. I was then told I would be permanently banned if I didn’t lay an extra 30 dollars, this upset me very very m
