The amount was deducted from my Airtel money Uganda wallet to pay Glovo do some orders that I never received. After that I contacted the customer care and they said they will refund it, . After days , they kept giving me the same excuse and adding 72 hours of waiting time, all that to tell me they cannot help since the money is sent back to Airtel money. I contacted the Airtel money services and they said the money is still with Glovo and they sent a mail to them to initiate the refund . Until now they have not. I called Glovo customer care again, and they keep lying again and again. Now of t
