Dear Cricut Support Team, I am experiencing serious issues with my Cricut machine. It no longer makes proper cuts, regardless of the material. I have been using it for less than three years, and while it performs better on thicker papers, it completely fails to cut any paper of 100 gsm or below, always tearing the material instead. I am unsure how often the blades should be replaced, but even with a very new mat—and after trying different color mats—the problem remains the same.
