I installed the app to pay parking 3 times in Amsterdam. Everything went well. After two months I am charged 4.99 Eur. I block the app from my bank account, after some time I get another 4.99 Eur payment request. I ask customer support, they say I have EasyPark Go subscription active - which I never requested, was never notified or presented with an option to choose. I want to cancel the subscription, they say I need to pay the outstanding payments (again, no notification in the app about any payment or subscription). That’s basically scam.
