I booked a flight to Miami and a hotel with it in this app. When I arrived at the hotel it was completely trash. So dirty and horrible people ok there. I had to wait 6 hours in the airport before hand waiting for the flight because it was so trash. They put you in the worst flights and the worst hotels. It’s not cheap flight deals, it’s cheap flight trash. I had to sleep in my rental car in Miami. After not being able to get into the hotel, they failed to give me a refund. I called them but all they said was to talk to the hotel or talk to the bank. The bank said they cannot give me a refund o
