I’ve been using the Nanit app since my first baby was born in 2024. I wish I had skipped the high tech option and used a regular non WiFi monitor from the very beginning. The app is CONSTANTLY glitching. You pay for an expensive annual membership only for the “Insights” to never work. I pay to have access to my camera history but majority of the time it shows “Video history not available”. What is the point of paying for it then? Customer service is a complete joke and gives you solutions you’ve already tried with no real answers or compensation. Constant disappointment. I’m only continuing to
