Since you went to a paid model and started your update program in May, every single review has been negative. I now see your rating has been recently reset to blank, no doubt because it has been so poor ... one star is the lowest you can go or it would probably be zero My free advice is find a way to communicate with your (now paying) customers. We don’t know what’s going on, you don’t reply to our communications and you give no real indication of when things will be fixed.
