I was a long-time user of Trapcall, and it worked fine until I upgraded to an iPhone 16 and switched phone plans. Now, I cannot set the app up again, and it’s completely useless. What’s worse is that I paid for the service, and there’s no way to contact customer support to either get help or request a refund for the remaining balance ($25). The lack of support is unacceptable, and I feel ripped off. If you’re considering this app, be aware that it might stop working and you’ll have no recourse. Absolutely not worth the hassle!
