Update: I did reach out vía rider care link days ago, still no response. Absolutely horrific experience. We prepaid for a ride, and the driver later tried demanding extra money, became aggressive, threatened police, and then proceeded to run over my foot while I am 23 weeks pregnant. It has now been 36 hours since I reported this serious incident to Freenow and I have received zero response, zero concern, and zero accountability. If a pregnant woman being physically injured by one of your drivers does not warrant an urgent response, what exactly does?
