I’ve had my lamp for about two years now and have NEVER been able to use it properly. I gave up trying to fix it along time ago. As it is very frustrating seeing it disconnect all the time and trying to reconnect it. I’ve contacted support before and all they’ve told me is to update the firm ware. How many times do I have to update it for it to work?? And then the app doesn’t have a feature that tells you it’s updated so you never even know unless your lamp works and does the swirl and even then
