Oct 05, 2025: Reserved Uber was late. But how come the driver could still msg he’s arrived at the designated location when he wasn’t there! I had to call the driver, and asked him where he was! He still insisted he has arrived. I spared 20 minutes for a drive that usually takes 10 minutes. But the driver was late and caused me not able to catch train. I later contacted Uber Customer Service, and they replied they wouldn’t provide any refund.

Too many scams. Also the app should allow users to withdraw job applications if it’s a EASY APPLY.
