As an orthopedic surgery resident, this is the single best ortho application for the iPhone/iPod. It is very thorough, from a brief overview of the fracture/dislocation to classification to film to treatment. In essence, this app is handbook of fractures in your pocket. Recommended for medical students, residents, attendings or anyone who would love to learn more about this great field of medicine. It is very well organized, with smooth transition between subjects.
