When I try to upgrade, because the camera isn’t making videos available to me apparently without upgrading despite being advertised as not needing cloud service, it gives me an error page. I have tried to reach out to support, but the chat feature doesn’t work. I tried the phone number, but my phone service said it couldn’t be completed as dialed. So I am hoping this will get their attention and offer me some support Basically my camera is a brick right now because of this app. It has potential, but you need to fix the bugs.
