My booked flight have been rescheduled by the airline. When I try to seek for assistance from the customer service agent, he replies “Just allow me some time so I can check the details for you”at first but then the system told me that the conversation has ended and I could contact the customer service anymore. I feel frustrated with the performance of Agoda’s Customer Service.
