Ugh. I was hoping it was going to me a little more personalized, most of the recipes provided are not foods that I am familiar with. I was hoping to reach out to customer service and maybe ask for a refund if I agree to delete the app or whatever I needed to do but I have had zero luck being able to reach someone. I don’t think there is a customer service, when you buy it for the lifetime you are just stuck whether you use the app or not. It says hey you can be your goal weight by such and such
