Hi Fitbit team, I would like to send my feedback regarding Fitbit Smart Watch. I’ve noticed two things in these 4 years of usage: 1. It is not accurate in counting the steps. It’s counting my hands and body movements. For example, one day I was siting with my husband talking. Suddenly, my Fitbit shakes by earning 10,000 steps but I didn’t walk at all!!! 2. It is not accurate in counting also the walking distance. For example, I’ve walked for about 3.4 km. My Fitbit shows 2.7 km!!! I hope this helps you to provide better watch soon. Thank you
