I had someone come to my shop and buy two in person sales. She left with the things and then claimed on capital one that she didn’t receive them. I had the hardest time getting into my stripe account since I had to change my phone provider and had no access to my old number. At this point I wish she would have just shop lifted from my small shop. All the fees and everything cost me $200. This woman literally stole, twice . She stole the ability to buy gifts for my children for Christmas. I wish the app was easier to use.
