I used the delivery function of this app, but realized I wrote the wrong info so canceled my order in time. Talked to the restaurant and they agreed to give me a refund. However, the service team of this app eventually refused to give me a refund despite the restaurant cooperating. Even when I first chatted with the platform they agreed to give me a refund and even said they processed the refund. But a minute later they totally denied it. This is unacceptable, I mean as a platform when both the customer and the restaurant agree to cancel an order you should have the order canceled!!!! The atti
