FlixBus in NorCal at least use to be punctual and deliver great service. BUT NOT ANYMORE. I’ve had the bus and their customer service rep say that the bus was delayed for 30 mins, then an hour and ultimately canceled. Another time is when I booked a ride thinking it was a fluke the first time and the bus was delayed for about 20 mins. Then I booked an another ride and it was complete garbage experiences. The bus was at a greyhound station but since it was in the morning the lobby was closed and flexbus did not tell us we had to pass their CLOSED! gate to get access to the bus ultimately missin
