Very poor experience with booking. I had reserved months in advance an apartment in Venice a Italy for family of 4 with Chase Safire preferred card on file. One month before arrival date got message from booking that hotel asked us to update the card so I provided chase Safire preferred card details. Two days later same message so I changed the card to Citibank double cash card got confirmation no word from hotel. Then 2 days before arrival received an email from booking that card needs to be updated again. I had used this card for 4-5 other reservations on booking com without having to update
