Once you sign up for the gold membership there is no customer service or support when have problems with the app nor can you get a refund after paying for a year in advance for the service. They have the worst customer service in the App Store and I think a lot of the five star reviews are fake. The 1 & 2 star review are honest because that’s a problem I encountered with this company. You’re be very disappointed with this garbage on your iPad.
