I’ve been using this app for a little under a year now and I love all the details it tells me about my health. I bought the app to help me get a better understanding of my POTS by being able to see what my body was doing and it has delivered. It connects to my health apps to factor everything in to its recommendations and takes measurements from my watch periodically throughout the day to assess where I am.
