Using the app to order online seems to be fraught with navigation problems and with inaccuracies. The online system seems to default to delivery, with high delivery charges. Today I wanted to add chicken pelleted chicken feed, but the system said it was “not available for online purchase at this location ( the Auburn, CA store), but the store said they have multiple pallets of the brand I was ordering. Now I’ve been on hold for hours. Ah finally an agent.
