I have been playing SWGOH since 2019. I’ve seen the game have its ups and downs, but mostly ups. They “overhauled” the game with their 10 year anniversary. I understand how mobile and free live service games work but this update is the most soulless, greed filled cash grab I’ve ever seen. The whole new “era” system they created which they say makes new content isolated from “legacy” content on two different systems which makes both types of content playable for new and old players is false advertisement.
