I have been dealing with the same unresolved issues since early August 2025. The app blocks me from registering for classes at Hillsdale, showing errors like “already registered” when I’m not. On top of that, it has removed me from confirmed reservations and placed me on the waitlist without my permission, even changing my waitlist number. Since entry to classes depends on reservations at some locations, this app has directly prevented me from taking my favorite classes. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but nothing has been fixed. Very disappointing experience.
