What is Appening?

I downloaded the lite version to try and liked the app. I then upgraded to the full version and added extra theme pack. With family sharing you cannot use full version and remains lite features on 2nd account. So then I purchased the full version separately. However after purchasing app for 2nd time, family sharing does not work on full version...
