I had the subscription for a full year. I renewed it and that was the end. Now it does not acknowledge my subscription is paid until April 27. I tried reaching out through feedback like it says to do, but no response at all. They have screwed me around for over a week saying we fixed it, let us know if you have any problems. I emailed him back. They say the same thing over and over again it’s a freaking joke. They’re a total rip off.
