I’ve been using the PocketFlip app for several years at this point I’ve never had an issue until they recently brought about their new PayPal redemption option..Now, whenever I attempt to redeem my points via PayPal redemption option it’s like the screen freezes and I’m unable to complete the entering of my PayPal email and subsequentlyConfirm the withdrawal of my points. I have reached out to customer support but have not heard back and I’m hoping someone sees this and is able to provide me with some guidance as to how I can fix this issue. Thank you.
