Bankers and Fraud protection are not trained nor customer friendly
Chase took over my Washington Mutual account. I once opened a trust account, stated I didn’t know when it would be funded. Asked if I need to put some cash in the account to keep it active and was told no. When I deposited funds, the account was closed due to lack of activity. Had to make an appointment miles away to open a new account. $250K deposit but didn’t get premier service. Hours on hold with calls to India or Pakistan. Fraud protection voids most of my transfers without contacting me. They once returned 12 checks with no contact. After speaking to them to allow transfers, they cance
