Philips responded with advice to try everything already listed in my efforts to fix this problem. I‘m guessing I was given a pre-written generic response that they are giving to everybody.. because they are suggesting everything I’ve already tried.
I have to wonder if there is a fix for this on their side?
It is clearly not operator-error when there are SO many of the same issue everywhere.
